Jay Wright, Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer

Jay Wright recently served as CFO for Technical and Management Services Corporation ("TAMSCO") where he negotiated the sale of TAMSCO to Engineered Support Systems, Inc. Wright previously served as CFO of Speedcom Wireless Corporation where he helped raise more than $14.5 million in equity funding for the wireless software technology company. Wright's experience also includes serving as an investment banker with Merrill Lynch and as a mergers and acquisitions attorney with Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher and Flom, LLP in New York and Foley & Lardner in Chicago.

Jay Wright received his Bachelor's degree in Business from Georgetown University (summa cum laude) and a JD degree from the University of Chicago Law School.


Michael G. O'Neil, Director

As a senior member of Merrill Lynch & Co.'s Investment Banking Division for more than 29 years, O'Neil raised more than $150 billion for Merrill Lynch clients. He brings to MobilePro expertise in the raising of debt and equity capital in the public and private capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, project financing and advising young technology companies. O'Neil is a member of the board of directors of Capstead Mortgage Corporation, a New York Stock Exchange listed company, and Massively Parallel Technologies, Inc., a privately held software technology company specializing in high-speed computing.

He received his bachelor's degree in economics from the University of California, Berkeley and his MBA from the Wharton Graduate School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania. O'Neil also served in the United States Marine Corps.


Chris MacFarland, Director

Chris MacFarland, Director Chris McFarland is the group vice president and chief technology officer of McLeodUSA and serves on the board of directors of MobilePro Corp. as an independent director. With more than 16 years experience in the telecommunications service provider, software and computer hardware industries, MacFarland is responsible for leading the network architecture, technical product development, network engineering and network planning functions at McLeodUSA. Most recently, MacFarland was global vice president of operations of BroadSoft, the leading provider of VoIP applications software to carriers. Before that, he served as senior vice president and chief technology officer at Allegiance Telecom until the acquisition of the company by XO Communication in 2004. Prior to that, he held various management roles with Verio and its subsidiaries. MacFarland also co-founded and was president of CompuNet, a regional Internet service provider. He attended the University of Texas at Arlington.


Don Sledge, Director

Mr. Sledge brings a long and distinguished career as a telecommunications executive, investor and financier to MobilePro. He worked for over 20 years as an executive with Pacific Telesis in San Francisco, California, rising to become president and CEO of Pacific Telesis International. After leaving Pacific Telesis, he served as chairman and CEO of Megaphone, Inc. where he successfully led the sale of that company. Sledge was then recruited to become chairman and CEO of Telecom New Zealand International where he worked from 1988 until 1993. During this period, Sledge helped lead the sale of Telecom New Zealand to Bell Atlantic and Ameritech and helped successfully launch the Telecom New Zealand IPO with listings on the NYSE, Sydney, London and New Zealand exchanges.

Over the past 10 years, Sledge has focused on finance and investments, including serving for three years as a managing director of Freemont Communications Venture Capital Fund and as chairman (until 2001) of Merriman, Curham & Ford (MCF), an Amex listed broker/dealer. Sledge sits on the board of directors of MCF and two privately held companies. He is chair of MobilePro's Compensation Committee.
