Jay Wright, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer
Jay Wright recently served as CFO for Technical and Management Services Corporation ("TAMSCO") where he negotiated the sale of TAMSCO to Engineered Support Systems, Inc. Wright previously served as CFO of Speedcom Wireless Corporation where he helped raise more than $14.5 million in equity funding for the wireless software technology company. Wright's experience also includes serving as an investment banker with Merrill Lynch and as a mergers and acquisitions attorney with Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher and Flom, LLP in New York and Foley & Lardner in Chicago.
Jay Wright received his Bachelor's degree in Business from Georgetown University (summa cum laude) and a JD degree from the University of Chicago Law School.
Don Paliwoda, Chief Accounting Officer
Don Paliwoda has been Chief Financial Officer of Davel Communications since 2003 and was previously Comptroller of Davel Communications since 1997. Paliwoda is a certified public accountant and recieved his masters of business administration and undergratuate degrees from Cleveland State University. His experience includes serving as a senior manager at Deloitte & Touche USA LLP for eleven years.
Tammy Martin, Senior Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer
Tammy Martin has served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Davel Communications, Inc. since May 2005. Prior to that appointment, Ms. Martin served as the Chief Administrative Officer of the Company since February 2005 and General Counsel of the Company since September 2002. Ms. Martin also served as Secretary of Davel Communications from June 2003 until our acquisition of Davel in November 2004.
Prior to joining Davel, Ms. Martin served as General Counsel of AmericanGreetings.com, Inc. since December 2000. From March 2000 to June 2000 she was Chief Financial Officer and General Counsel for Portalvision, Inc. For seven years prior thereto, Ms. Martin held several senior management positions with PhoneTel Technologies, Inc., including Chief Administrative Officer, General Counsel and Secretary.
Ms. Martin received her Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a concentration in accounting and finance from Baldwin Wallace College and a JD degree from Cleveland Marshall College of Law.
